Important Information for agencies

There is an application fee of INR 50,000 payable in two parts.

  • Part 1 – INR 20,000 which will be refundable if CMS Asia team does not shortlist your agency for Live Pitch. Only 8 agencies will be shortlisted.
  • Part 2 – INR 30,000 to payable if you choose to proceed with Live Pitch after CMS Asia team shortlists your agency name.

Important Dates

  • Deadline to apply: March 12, 2023
  • Shortlisted agencies to receive brief: Next day after making First Round's payment
  • Pitch preparation time & submission of pitch decks: April 18, 2023
  • Final presentation: April 19, 2023 at CMS Asia in Mumbai

Terms & Conditions

  • Only application fee (Rs. 20,000) is refundable if the agency is not shortlisted by CMS Asia team for Round 2. The refund will not be made under any other circumstances. If the shortlisted agency does not wish to proceed to Round 2, no refunds will be made. Once the agency has paid the full fee to participate in the pitch, no refunds will be made.
  • CMS Asia team does not assure the winner whether the client will actually award the business to the shortlisted agency or not
  • The decision of CMS Asia team for CMS Asia Perfect Pitch award will be final and binding on all participants and no questions will be entertained in this regard
  • CMS Asia team does not take any responsibility of any past, present or potential arrangement between Agency & the Client
  • Agencies are not allowed to contact the client directly and communication till May 8, if any, needs to happen via CMS Asia team
  • CMS Asia conference ticket is not included in the application fee. The winner, however, will be invited to receive the award at CMS Asia conference on 8th May.
  • The agency is sharing the ideas on mutual understanding and good faith amongst all the parties that nothing confidential will be shared with larger public. CMS Asia team, however, does not take any responsibility of the audience & the client, if they do not adhere to this understanding.
  • CMS Asia team will not be able to help any agency with their content marketing solution or any feedback as such
  • CMS Asia may use Names of shortlisted agencies for Promotions, PR etc.
  • The shortlisted agencies need to adhere to timelines and requests by CMS Asia team from time to time throughout the process
  • The real brand name/client name will be kept confidential unless the client agrees to reveal it to participants at any stage
  • By participating, the agencies agree not to hold the client, audience and CMS team responsible in present or in future for any copyright infringement on the content solutions/ ideas presented.
  • Only 5 people are allowed to participate in the pitch from each agency.
  • CMS Asia team reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of participating agencies and the number of client briefs.
  • All disputes are subject to Singapore jurisdiction.
