A. It is totally up to you and the vCXO. The expert has to agree to work with you.

Q. Can I hire a vCXO on trial basis?
A. No.

Q. What if the vCXO doesn’t deliver as per my expectations?
A. The deliverables and expectations should be agreed to before engaging the vCXO. Once the work starts, there is no scope of tweaking deliverables. If the vCXO agrees to the changes, then why not. You can consult CMS Asia team for type of deliverables.

Q. Will my requirement be kept confidential?
A. Yes, absolutely.

Q. Can I hire a vCXO from a competitor organization?
A. If the vCXO agrees, then we don’t have any issue as such.

Q. Can I re-hire a vCXO?
